  • Atta – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 1/2 cup (Sahi texture ke liye ghee thoda zyada chahiye)
  • Doodh – 1 se 1.5 cup (Zyada doodh se barfi naram ho jayegi, isliye kam rakhein)
  • Cheeni – 3/4 cup (1 cup cheeni bohot zyada meethi ho sakti hai)

Atta ki Barfi Banane ki Vidhi (Step-by-Step Instructions):

  1. Sabse pehle ek pan mein doodh aur cheeni ko garam karein jab tak cheeni ghul na jaye. Isse side mein rakh dein (isey ubalna nahi hai, bas halka garam rakhna hai).
  2. Ab ek bhari kadai mein 1/2 cup ghee daalkar garam karein.
  3. Ghee garam hone par atta daalein aur bilkul dhimi aanch par continuously chalate hue bhune.
  4. Jab atta sunhera (golden brown) ho jaye aur khushbu aane lage, tab thoda-thoda karke garam doodh wala mishran daalein.
  5. Mishran ko tezi se hilate rahein taki lumps (guthliya) na bane.
