- Paneer Shimla Mirch Pyaz ki Gravy wali sabji banane ke liye, paneer ko dhokar chakor tukde kaat lein.
- Shimla mirch ko bhi dhokar kaat lein.
- Do pyaaz ko kaat kar pees lein aur baaki do pyaaz ko mota kaat kar alag rakh lein.
- Tamatar aur hari mirch ko ek saath pees lein.

- Ab kadahi mein shimla mirch, paneer aur pyaaz daalein, namak aur 2 cup paani daalkar dheemi aanch par pakne dein.
- Sabji ko 7 se 10 minute dheemi aanch par pakayein, beech beech mein hilate rahe aur phir gas band kar dein.
- Tyaar sabji par upar se garam masala daalein aur roti chawal ke saath serve karein.
